… Olohungbebe Canvasses Support for New Leadership
The University of Maiduguri (Unimaid) Alumni in Kwara state on Saturday named Caretaker Executive as Senior Special Assistant Community Development to Kwara Governor, Dr Lawal Olohungbebe led executive step aside.
The Caretaker Committee emerged at Annual Alumni Reunion held at Triumph hotel Asa dam, Ilorin on Saturday.
Dr. Lawal Olohungbebe in his remarks, appreciated members for their support during his tenure as chairman of the Alumni.
Olohungbebe also thanked all executive members that work with him to achieve this success, noting that the achievements won’t be possible without them.
He however implored members to give the new leadership maximum support.
Mr Oyinlola Julius of lylus hotel and suites emerged as Caretaker Chairman, Hajia Hadisa Yahyah as vice chairman and Edun Malik as secretary.
Members are Mr Wasiu Abioye, Max Ebute, Mrs Ajiboye Oluwaseun and Soliu M Soliu.
The new Chairman, Julius Oyinlola appreciated his colleagues for finding him worthy for the chairmanship, promising to do his best in the interest of the members.
